This Privacy Policy describes how Roso Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you use the iOS Widgets Kit application (“Application”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to this policy.

• Support Requests. If you contact us for help or feedback, you may provide your name and email address.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Log Data. IP address, device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, crash reports, and performance metrics.
• Usage Data. Widget selections, screen views, timestamps, and session durations.

1.3 Device Permissions

• Location (Approximate). To power location-based widgets (e.g., weather), the Application may request access to your coarse location. You can grant or revoke this at any time in your device’s Settings. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates without explicit consent.
• Photos & Files. If you enable a photo or file-based widget, the Application may request access to your Photo Library or file storage. We use this access solely to display your chosen content in widgets and do not upload or store any of your files on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, maintain, and improve the Application’s features and performance.
• Personalize your experience (e.g., remembering widget preferences).
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Respond to support inquiries and send important notices.

Ads & Purchases: The Application contains advertisements served by third parties. There are no in-app purchases.

• Retention. We keep data as long as needed to operate the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

• Uninstall. Removing the Application stops all data collection.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is rated 3+ for content, meaning it’s appropriate for all ages. However, under U.S. law (COPPA) and similar regulations elsewhere, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we have collected your child’s personal data without consent, please contact us at onvpnofficial@gmail.com so we can delete it immediately.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
